No agent fee: The Hague
A letting agent who works for the landlord may not charge you commission, administration or contract fees (Dutch Supreme Court, 2015; reinforced by the Good Landlordship Act). Only an agent you hired yourself to search for you may charge you. If a fee is asked, aikanka flags it; the decision is yours. The amounts below are one month of the indicative rents, the usual size of such a fee.
In The Hague
- Studio, one month you should not pay as a fee
- €1,150 - €1,500
- 1-bedroom, one month you should not pay as a fee
- €1,500 - €1,900
- 2-bedroom, one month you should not pay as a fee
- €2,000 - €2,500
