No agent fee: Utrecht
A letting agent who works for the landlord may not charge you commission, administration or contract fees (Dutch Supreme Court, 2015; reinforced by the Good Landlordship Act). Only an agent you hired yourself to search for you may charge you. If a fee is asked, aikanka flags it; the decision is yours.
